crispy chicken adobo


ingredients:
1 kg chicken (serving size)
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup vinegar
1 onion sliced
4 cloves garlic crushed
oil for frying
pinch of salt and pepper
peppercorns

procedure
place chicken cuts in a wok with all ingredients, simmer for 10 minutes.. move chicken on a strainer, set aside the sauce..

on a pan, heat oil, fry the chicken for 5 minutes.. put back to the sauce and let boil..

sprinkle with fried garlic..

serve with rice..

oystered pork n beans..


ingredients:
1kg pork slice
300 g green beans
3 to 4 tbsp oyster sauce
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 big onion sliced
4 cloves garlic crushed
2 tbsp oil
2 cups water 
pinch of salt
2 tbsp flour dissolved 
in 1/4 cup water

procedures:

in a wok, boil sliced pork with 2 cups of water and pinch of salt for 30 minutes or till meat is tender.. on another pan, saute garlic and onions, add the boiled pork and simmer for 3 minutes.. add the soy sauce and oyster sauce and bring to a boil.. add flour and beans and simmer till the sauce thickens.. serve with hot rice!!

ingredients:

100 ml chicken broth
250 g chicken strips
1 pc onion sliced
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sugar

procedures:

place broth in a pan, let boil. add the onion and chicken and simmer for 3 minutes.. add soy sauce and sugar on your desired taste.. simmer for 2 minutes.. pour on top of rice..

tonkotsu noodle

penne and elbow gratin




Ingredients:

500 g penne pasta
250 g elbow pasta
2 cans alaska evap
1 pouch nestle cream
300 g chicken breast (boiled & julienned)
250 g ham cubed
1 onion chopped
100 g butter
1tbsp oil

Procedures:

boil pasta to al dente.. remove on the heat and let cool with flowing water to stop the cooking process.. set aside..

boil chicken in a cup of water and a pinch of salt, julienned the chicken, set aside.. on another pan put a tbsp of oil and melt butter, saute onions, chicken and ham for 3 minutes.. add the milk and nestle cream and bring to boil.. add the pasta and simmer till the sauce sticks to the pasta..

pork in pepper sauce


Ingredients:

pork (lean/sliced into cubes)
2 tbps pepper sauce
1 big onions (sliced into cubes)
3 cloves garlic (crushed)
3 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup water

for marinate:
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp maggi/knorr seasoning
1/2 cup sprite / soda

Procedures:

marinate the sliced pork with soy sauce, maggi seasoning, soda, sugar and let stand for 30 minutes to 1 hour.. if ready, fry.. and set aside..

saute garlic and onions, add a little amount of sugar and salt, add pepper sauce and half cup water.. simmer for 3 minutes.. pour on the fried sliced pork.. serve hot!!

macaroni soup


Ingredients:

macaroni shell
milk
carrots (small cubes)
cabbage (sliced)
chicken (boiled/shredded)
onion (chopped)
garlic (chopped)
celery (chopped)
water (desired amount)
butter
oil
salt to taste

Procedures:

saute onion & garlic, add butter, salt & water & let boil.. add macaroni shell till half done, add all the veggies & milk.. let boil.. it's ready.. serve hot!!

Ingredients:

chicken (serving slice)
potatoes (sliced & fried)
tomato sauce
onion (sliced)
garlic (chopped)
calamansi
soy sauce
bay leaf
salt
msg (opt)

Procedures:

saute onion and garlic, add chicken add toyo/mansi, simmer for 10 minutes.. add tomato sauce and fried potatoes.. simmer till chicken is well done..

serve with rice..

hearty atchara

Ingredients:

steak style pork / liempo
cabbage (shredded)
mayonnaise
tonkatsu sauce
1 cup water
salt/pepper
garlic (crushed)
egg
bread crumbs
flour
cooking oil

procedures:

boil pork with a cup of water, garlic, pinch of salt and pepper for 20-30 minutes (or till pork is tender).. drain..

deep fry for 3 minutes each side..

shred cabbage and set on a plate, pour mayonnaise and tonkatsu sauce..

serve with boiled rice.. ENJOY!!

tita jie's empanada

okono miyaki


ingredients:
cabbage (sliced thinly)
dried small shrimps
ginger (chopped)
spring onion (chopped)
egg puffs
okono sauce
mayonnaise
oil/butter
fish granules
egg
20ml water
flour

procedures:
sliced cabbage.. in a bowl, mix water, flour & egg and beat thoroughly.. add the cabbage, spring onion and fish granules, mix well.. in a pan, heat a small amount of oil, put the cabbage dough, pour egg puffs, dried shrimp and ginger.. cook the other side.. when ready, cut into 8 equal part (like pizza).. pour okono sauce and mayonaise.. serve hot :D..
