pork adobo w/ kangkong


ingredients:

800 g pork kasim (adobo cut)
kangkong (cut in between leaf)
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup white vinegar
3 tbsp fish sauce
1/4 tsp pepper
1 med onion (halv and thinly sliced)
4 cloves garlic (finely minced)

procedures:

in a hot pan saute garlic & onions.. add the pork & put 3tbsp fish sauce & pepper(simmer for 5minutes) or till the pork absorb the flavors.. put soy sauce and vinegar and a cup of water.. cook till the meat is tender.. add the kangkong.. bring to boil.. done..

serve with hot rice..
