ginisang sayote

ingredients:
3 pcs sayote (thinly sliced/strips)
1 med carrot (strips)
1 small onion (sliced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
some chicharon (crushed)
2 tbsp cooking oil
2 tbsp fish sauce
salt & pepper to taste


procedures:


igisa ang bawang at sibuyas.. lagyan ng kaunting patis at kalahating tasa ng tubig.. ilagay ang sayote at carrots at chicharon hanggang maluto..


serve with rice and fried dish..
