gisang kamatis..

ingredients:
700 g fresh ripe tomatoes (thinly sliced)
3-4 pcs eggs
1 med onion (thinly sliced)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp salt
1/3 cup water

procedures:

saute garlic in 3tbsp cooking oil to nearly golden brown.. add the onions.. put tomatoes and a little amount of water (just enaf para nde matuyo ang kamatis).. cook for atleast 10 minutes.. (the tomatoes are cook wen the meat separates in its skin).. put salt to taste.. put eggs.. cook for another 3minutes..

best with any fried dish/fried fish.. (i like it with tuyo or tocino)

serve with rice/garlic rice..
